The Chazy Lake Boat Launch, located off Route 374, provides easy access for boaters at the northwest end. Once the water freezes, ice fishing and snowmobiling on Chazy Lake become extremely popular activities during the quiet winter months.

The Budget Meeting tentatively scheduled for tonight, October 7th, will not be held. The next meeting of the Dannemora Town Board is October 22nd at 4 pm for the Public Hearing on the 2026 Town of Dannemora Budget, immediately followed by the regular monthly meeting. All meetings are held at the Town Municipal Building, 78 Higby Road in Chazy Lake.

the Town Law, the Proposed salaries of the following Town Official are hereby specified.Board Meeting immediately following. All people shall be heard at that time. Pursuant to Section 108 of Higby Road in Chazy Lake on said Preliminary Budget, October 22nd, 2025, at 4:00pm, Regular Town given that the Dannemora Town Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Municipal Building, 78 inspection by any interested person during the Clerk’s regular window hours. Further Notice is hereby beginning January 1, 2026, is filed in the Town Clerk/Tax Collector’s Office where it is available for-

Attention Boaters of Chazy Lake
The docks at the State boat launch on Chazy Lake will be removed on October 20th (Monday).​​
